Initiated since October 2007, this database aims at developing a comprehensive web-enabled database containing taxonomic and biodiversity information on Algae, Lichens, Pteridophytes, Bryophytes, Gymnosperms and selected flowering plant taxa: Pedicularis, Astragalus and Rutaceae. The taxon coverage has been prioritized on the basis of the taxonomic expertise and primary data available on the above plant groups at NBRI.
