An interactive session with students of Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Lucknow was organized, to discuss the importance of healthy food systems in the context of the present socio-economic and environmental landscape. The session aimed to engage future hospitality professionals in a dialogue about the significance of promoting healthier, more sustainable food practices in their industry.
