The third day of the celebration of the One Week One Lab Programme started with the inauguration by the Chief Guest Shri Durga Shankar Mishra, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, along with the Guest of Honour Dr. Ramanuj Narayan, Director, CSIR-Institute of Minerals & Materials Technology, Bhubaneshwar; Dr. P. V. Sane, Former Director, CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow and Dr. M. Sanjappa, Former Director, BSI, Kolkata, who made a countable note in the event with their presence.
